I am approaching 40 myself and love staying active. This podcast really resonates with me. It addresses various struggles I experience, such as finding time to heal, maintaining endurance, managing energy, and maintaining a good diet. In particular, the episode with Tyler Farnham struck a chord with me. He discussed leaving behind friends to break bad habits and staying focused on journaling, as well as using sea water for therapy. These are strategies I also rely on, and hearing them from such a brilliant athlete motivates and inspires me. I'm incredibly grateful for this podcast for providing a community for aging, active individuals like myself.
