After my 30th birthday, I noticed my joints were a bit less flexible, my muscles tired more easily, and excess weight would stay on a bit longer if I didn't prioritize diet and exercise. As this is the situation, I want to take every step possible to ensure that I am still able to perform my favorite activities at a high level.
